All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen issues, customers will be notified through email or phone.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 business days

Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days


Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, weather, strikes, or other unexpected conditions.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be mentioned on the website.

 

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided.

 

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Al Kunooz is not responsible for failed delivery if:

Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery

Courier is unable to contact the customer


In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:

Do not accept the delivery
